What you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your contact details, project location, type, approximate area, stage and a short brief. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive records.
How the brief is used
VAS uses these details to review and respond to your project enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create a design appointment or contract.
Where it goes
When online submission is available, the request passes through Cloudflare and is filed in the restricted VASDNA SharePoint intake. When you choose the email option, your email provider sends the brief to the VAS addresses shown in your draft. Opening an email draft does not send it.
Before you send
Your draft stays on the page until you submit it or open it in your email app. This form does not save drafts to browser storage. Closing or refreshing the page can lose an unsent brief.
